Albert Lea, MN - intellicents is proud to announce that three of its employees have been honored as PLANADVISER Emerging Leaders for 2024. This prestigious recognition is given to members of the retirement plan advisory industry whose managers and peers believe are poised to advance the profession in the future.

The inaugural PLANADVISER Emerging Leaders list celebrates the next generation of industry leaders who are shaping the future of retirement planning. The intellicents team members named to this year’s list have each played a crucial role in driving the company’s mission to empower American workers to reach their financial goals.

The three honorees from intellicents are:

Maranda Tufte, Marketing Manager: Tufte joined intellicents in June 2021 as a Relationship Manager in the Retirement Plan Consulting division. She transitioned to the Marketing team in August of 2022 as a marketing and project strategist. Tufte focuses on marketing strategy, content creation, and projects within each location of the organization.

Molly Magnuson, Financial Consultant: Magnuson joined intellicents in 2021 with a background in consulting and advising 401(k) and 403(b) plan sponsors, as well delivering education services to retirement plan participants. Her focus is working with organizations sponsoring retirement plans to help them manage the personal liability associated with being a fiduciary to a qualified plan. In addition, she works closely with retirement plan participants to help them relieve financial stresses today to prepare for a successful retirement. Magnuson’s decade of experience in the Defined Contribution Plan industry includes roles at Empower Retirement and CBIZ Retirement & Investment Solutions.

Sam Matheson, Financial Consultant: Matheson joined intellicents in 2014 after valuing his time with the firm as an intern throughout college. As a consultant, he works directly with client companies and their employees to provide retirement consulting services. These duties include plan design and investment management to plan sponsors and providing education and investment advice to plan participants.
